 Monday – Thursday     - RM    800/- – For the First 5 Hours, any Subsequent Hours @ RM 160/-

 Friday – Sunday          - RM 1,000/- – For the First 5 Hours, any Subsequent Hours @ RM 200/-

 Public Holiday             - RM 2,000/- – For the First 5 Hours, any Subsequent Hours @ RM 300/-

NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION

 Monday - Thursday      - RM 1,200/- – For the First 5 Hours, any Subsequent Hours @ RM 240/-

 Friday – Sunday          - RM 1,500/- – For the First 5 Hours, any Subsequent Hours @ RM 300/-

 Public Holiday             - RM 2,500/- – For the First 5 Hours, any Subsequent Hours @ RM 400/-

COMMERCIAL & PROFIT MAKING ORGANISATION

 Monday - Thursday      - RM 1,600/- – For the First 5 Hours, any Subsequent Hours @ RM 320/-

 Friday – Sunday          - RM 2,000/- – For the First 5 Hours, any Subsequent Hours @ RM 400/-

 Public Holiday             - RM 3,000/- – For the First 5 Hours, any Subsequent Hours @ RM 500/-

 BOOKING CONDITIONS:-

1. Booking is strictly for Royal Lake Club Members and Affiliated Members with valid   Introduction cards only.
2. A deposit of RM1000/- or 10% of the estimated expenses whichever is higher is required upon confirmation and 50% of the estimated expenses to be paid Seven (7) workings days prior to the function and the balance at the end of the function.
3. Cancellation will be accepted one (1) month prior to the date of function. Failing which the deposit will be forfeited.
4. All arrangements must be finalised Seven (7) days prior to the date of function.
5. Guest are allow to park their vehicles at the Basement 3A & 4A.
6. All charges are subject to 5% gov tax and 5% Club Surcharge.
7. No outside food allowed in to the Club premises.
8. Members are not permitted to nail or have any structure that may damage the wood paneling or flooring.
9. On their own, members guests are not allowed to loiter in any part of the Club and limited to the Banquet Hall or The Orchid area only.
10. Food tasting can be held minimum of five (5) days prior to the function at a 50% discount on the actual menu price.
11. Policy on Corkage - The host is permitted to bring in Liquor/beer for function, which are subject to the following:-
12. Spirit not consumed within the Outlet where the function is held cannot be consumed in any other outlet of the Club and must be taken out of the Club.
13. Smoking is not allowed.
