  • Chair cover with ribbon - RM3.50 per pc

  • Ceiling Drapes - RM300.00

  • Basic PA System which required technician - RM300

  • Extended hour if required staff on standby - RM10.00 per hour for waiter/waitress and RM50.00 for technician.

  • Ballon for basic decor - RM50.00 per packet (144 pcs)

  • Booking is strictly for Royal Lake Club Members and Members of Affiliated Clubs with valid Introduction Cards only.

  • A deposit of RM1000 or 10% of the estimated expenses, whichever is higher, is required upon confirmation and 70% of the estimated expenses to be paid Seven (7) working days prior to the function and the balance at the end of the function.

  • Cancellation will be accepted one month prior to the date of function, failing which, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • All arrangements must be finalised Seven (7) days prior to the date of the function.

  • Guests are allowed to park their vehicles at places designated for non-members.

  • All charges are subject to 5% Club Surcharge for food.

  • No outside food allowed into the Club premises.

  • Members are not permitted to nail or have any structure that may damage the wood panelling or flooring.

  • Members guests are not allowed to loiter in any part of the Club and limited to Banquet Hall or The Orchid area only.

  • Food tasting may be held a minimum of Five (5) days prior to the function at a 50% discount on the actual menu price.

  • Policy on Corkage:

- The host is permitted to bring in Liquor / Beer for their function; which are subject to the following:

  • Liquor - RM 60.00 per bottle (1-5 Bottles)

  •           - RM 30.00 per bottle (6 Bottles and above)

  • Wine   - RM 30.00 per bottle (1-11 Bottles)

  •           - RM 15.00 per bottle (12 Bottle and above)

  • Beer (Barrel) - RM 150.00 per Barrel

  • Can Beer - RM 2.50 per can

 

 

  • Spirit not consumed within the Outlet where the function is held cannot be consumed in any other outlet of the club and must be taken out of the Club.

  • Smoking is not allowed.
